Information you give us
When you ring us or fill in the enquiry form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the property address or suburb, a description of the roof, photos, and anything else you choose to include. We ask only for what is needed to put you in touch with a roofing contractor and to follow up on your enquiry.

Like most websites, this one may record technical information such as your browser type, the pages you looked at and the website that referred you. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used. The enquiry form is provided by a third-party form service, which processes the details you type into it on our behalf.

Your enquiry details are shared with the contractor we refer you to. Once they have your details, their own privacy practices apply to how they use them. We may also use service providers, such as hosting, phone and form providers, who handle information for us under their own terms.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of sending information over the internet is entirely secure.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by calling 02 4012 4321 during phone hours. If you are not satisfied with how a privacy concern is handled, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
